I finally managed to get round to finalising the last few bits of my framework, Atom!As a result it is now available for download here under the terms of the LGPL. You will receive a copy of the license text with the download, along with the readme, cheatsheet and the code itself.
Visit my projects page for all the details, plus the installation guide (installation guide is also provided in short form in the readme file contained within the download).

P.S. Some new WolfCMS plugins maybe coming soon aswell, taking advantage of the new 0.6.0 update!
